Colleen Lanier, Jennifer Nole, and Amanda Duffer bring their love of nature, movement, flavor and wonder to create a truly unique vacation retreat.
Colleen and Jennifer met in their late-twenties as fans of the local music scene in Middle Tennessee. They share an affinity for the musical genius of David Bowie. Colleen relocated from Tennessee to Arizona in May of 2017. Amanda and Colleen met in 2018 on a jetway in Iceland both on a return trip from Europe. Ironically, Amanda had also just relocated from Tennessee to Arizona too. Colleen introduced Jennifer and Amanda to complete the vision of an all inclusive retreat experience.
Colleen is a disruption champion. She is named among Cannabis & Tech Today's 25 Cannabis Innovators in 2020, 100 People You Should Know by Hemp Connoisseur 2018, 40 Under 40, and also 11 Women to Watch by Marijuana Venture 2018, and 2017 Cannabis Business Executive's Political 100. She served as the Executive Director of the Hemp Industries Association (HIA) for three years. This was during a pivotal time when U.S. domestic hemp farming was legalized after an eighty-one year prohibition. She shifted focus in late 2019, and started focusing on her wellness journey. In addition to her pilates practice, you may find Colleen summiting mountains as the Dreamy Draw Phoenix Mountain Preserve Ambassador of Hiker Babes in Phoenix, Arizona. Since February 2020, she holds a Wilderness Safety Certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). These days, she can be found honing her marketing and strategy skills. She completed a Digital Marketing Certification from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) and the American Marketing Association (AMA) in May 2021.
Jennifer teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Slow Flow Meditation classes both in-studio and online from the Nashville, Tennessee area. Yoga therapy and holistic healing is her passion! She recently completed an additional 300 Hr advanced yoga teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC for a total of 500 Hrs of teacher training. Her studies focused on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, and she completed an advanced yoga teacher training 'Yoga. Psyche. Soul', a yoga psychology course by Ashley Turner, MA, LMFT that explores the integration of psyche and soma. She is a LoveYourBrain certified teacher that leads yoga and mindfulness classes for those that have experienced a traumatic brain injury so they can heal and thrive. She also works with stroke survivors and caregivers, teaching gentle seated yoga and breathing techniques twice monthly at a local Neuro Therapy clinic to instill relaxation tools and techniques. Jennifer recently took a position as a yoga instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Franklin, Tennessee.
