In this video Sedona Unearthed hosts, Jennifer and Colleen, discuss the types of yoga that participants may expect as well as the necessary fitness to enjoy super-tramping through the Sedona Coconino and Munds wildernesses.
Yoga: Come at any level
Hiking: Comfortable continuous 4 mile walking at moderate to quick pace. Recommend at minimum a 22 minute pace. For summits, prepare for potential elevation gains of up to 800 feet, equivalent 80 flights of stairs.

- Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock loop combined with Bell Rock Summit
- Baby Bell, Llama, and Bail
- Templeton combined with Cathedral Rock Summit
- Transept and Lower Transept
