Get Physically Prepared for Sedona Unearthed

In this video Sedona Unearthed hosts, Jennifer and Colleen, discuss the types of yoga that participants may expect as well as the necessary fitness to enjoy super-tramping through the Sedona Coconino and Munds wildernesses. 

Yoga: Come at any level

Hiking: Comfortable continuous 4 mile walking at moderate to quick pace. Recommend at minimum a 22 minute pace. For summits, prepare for potential elevation gains of up to 800 feet, equivalent 80 flights of stairs.  

Trails that we are likely to explore:

  • Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock loop combined with Bell Rock Summit
  • Baby Bell, Llama, and Bail
  • Templeton combined with Cathedral Rock Summit
  • Transept and Lower Transept
