Sedona Unearthed - All-inclusive, King Bed Mountain View

All-inclusive women's retreat in magical Sedona, Arizona featuring:

Fees collected on our website are deposits only until February. Final balances are due on or before February 1, 2023. Thereafter, full balances are due upon booking. 

Before January 1, 2023, Single Occupancy: $2,317.50 (10% OFF Early Registration)
Before January 1, 2023 Double Occupancy: $3,817.50 (10% OFF Early Registration)

After December 31, 2022, Single Occupancy: $2,575.00
After December 31, 2022, Double Occupancy: $4,075.00

Prices are based on your preferred bed. There is only one (1) king-size bed option, and it comes with linens, pillows, and blankets in a single-occupancy room. This room shares access and a bathroom with the upstairs back room featuring twin beds. If you would like to share this room, please contact us to arrange it.

✈️🚍 Group transportation is available from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport at 2 PM on April 19, 2023, and return transportation at 3 PM on April 23, 2023. 

Event Cancellation

All refunds take approximately 30 days to process. If an event that you have booked is canceled by the host, then you shall receive a refund in full. Upon booking, you agree that you shall acknowledge and accept the following terms of cancellation:

90 Days in Advance

Cancellation is required ninety (90) days prior to departure or January 29, 2023, to qualify for the following refund options: 

Half of the deposit paid is non-refundable, plus a $50.00 processing fee. 

If you paid in full we will return all but half the deposit paid, plus a $50.00 processing fee. 

Less than 90 Days

If cancellation is less than ninety (90) days from the event, then you qualify for the following refund options: 

Seventy-five (75%) of the deposit paid is non-refundable, plus a $50.00 processing fee. 

If you paid in full we’ll return all but seventy-five (75%) of the deposit paid, plus a $50.00 processing fee. 

Emergency Cancellation

Refunding for circumstances outside of the participant’s control will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Examples include positive COVID-19 testing, death of an immediate family member, terrorism, inclement weather event, etc. 

Important: If you do not submit full payment 90 days before the retreat, and do not cancel your registration or respond to our communication, Colleen Lanier and Jennifer Nole d/b/a Unearthed retain the right to charge the remaining balance due to the credit card provided and release your spot. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Colleen Lanier and Jennifer Nole d/b/a Unearthed by you, will be recovered from you by Colleen Lanier and Jennifer Nole d/b/a Unearthed as a debt due and payable. Consider travel insurance to protect the costs of your trip in the case of injury, illness, or inability to attend for other reasons.
